At Styletechy, we sell digital T-shirt designs, graphics, and downloadable digital products only. Since all products are delivered electronically, orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is successfully completed and the digital product has been delivered.
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds or returns after successful delivery. However, if you face any issue such as corrupted files, incomplete downloads, or wrong product delivery, you may contact our support team within 7 days of purchase for assistance.
If a refund request is approved by Styletechy after reviewing the issue, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Customers are requested to provide a valid email address during purchase to ensure successful digital delivery. Styletechy shall not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses or third-party email service interruptions.
