Digital Product Notice
StyleTechy sells digital downloadable graphic design files and digital products only. We do not sell or ship any physical products.
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are generally considered final once the product has been downloaded or delivered.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may only be considered under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong digital file.
- The downloaded file is corrupted or inaccessible.
- You were charged multiple times for the same order.
- The product was not delivered successfully after payment.
To be eligible for a refund, customers must contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Products
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Accidental purchases.
- Lack of software knowledge or compatibility issues.
- Failure to read the product description before purchase.
- Downloaded or accessed digital products.
- Custom or personalized digital products.
Because digital files cannot be “returned,” downloaded products are considered non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before the digital product has been delivered or downloaded.
Once the product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Replacement Policy
If you receive:
- A corrupted file
- An incorrect file
- A missing download
We will provide a replacement file or corrected download link at no additional cost.
Fraud Prevention
StyleTechy reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized chargebacks, or policy violations.
